Lawn Mowing Service Policy

1. Tailored Service: My professional lawn mowing service is tailored to your needs and preferences. Feel free to communicate any special requests you may have.

2. Flexible Options: I accommodate both one-time and regular mowing services. Most clients prefer a bi-weekly schedule, but I'm flexible to fit your needs.

3. Transparent Pricing: My pricing is straightforward, calculated at 1.65 cents per square foot. Factors such as obstacles may affect pricing, but I aim to provide transparent estimates. ALL ONLINE QUOTES ARE NOT FINAL UNTIL AN IN PERSON ASSESSMENT CAN BE MADE.

4. Comprehensive Service: My service includes edging (with a weed whacker), mowing, and blowing of all concrete surfaces.

5. Initial Edging for Overgrown Edges: For lawns with overgrown edges, I offer an initial edging service using a metal edger. This ensures precise edges during the first mow. This attention to detail establishes a foundation for ongoing maintenance. Pricing will vary.

6. Additional Costs for Overgrown Lawns: Lawns that are significantly overgrown may require additional time and effort to bring them to the desired length. In such cases, an initial assessment will be made, and any necessary additional costs will be communicated transparently before the commencement of the service. Once the lawn is brought to a manageable state, regular maintenance costs will apply.

7. Waste Management: Lawn clippings are managed using your bin, with optional additional removal available for a minimum fee of $5.

8. Pet Policy: For the safety of your pets and myself, I kindly request that any pet waste be scooped prior to mowing. Excessive pet waste left in the yard may result in a scooping fee. Additionally, please ensure that all pets are kept inside the house or securely contained in another area for the duration of the mowing service.

9. Equipment Maintenance: I use professional, well maintained equipment, including the Honda HRX217 mower, to ensure quality service. 

10. Note on Obstacles: Please remove any objects impeding mowing prior to service. While I typically do not move them, I will make every effort to work around them when possible.

11. Additional Offerings: In addition to lawn mowing, I offer various landscaping services, including general cleanup, bush trimming, and pressure washing.
